The 2003 Keepsake Ornament Club Events

In 2003 the Keepsake Ornament Club hosted five events to showcase Keepsake Ornaments and commemorate their 30th Anniversary.

Although KOC members were allowed to bring a guest, guests were not eligible to purchase exclusive product or receive signatures.

NOTE: Unlike previous years, registration packets were not mailed to club members several weeks prior to the event, instead they had to be picked up at the event hotel beginning Friday afternoon.

OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES

  • ARTISTS' SIGNINGS - All KOC members received five studio artist signatures; that's more than ever before. Guest attendees were not eligible to receive signatures.

  • INFORMATIONAL SEMINARS

    Scavenger Hunt

  • PRODUCT SHOP - Purchase ornaments and other product created exclusively for the event

  • LOCAL CLUB PHOTO FRAME DISPLAY - Local club members were asked to submit an 8 x 10 (or smaller) frame display with a firm hanger.

    Photo Frame Display rules:

    1. Display had to incorporate at least one Keepsake ornament into it's design.
    2. Submission had to have individuals name and Local club name somewhere on the piece.
    3. Submissions were accepted between 4 - 7 p.m. on Friday and returned on Saturday between 1:30 - 3 p.m.

    All individuals submitting a Photo Frame Display received a repaint of the "Love Ya, Grandma!" (QXG8917) Keepsake ornament.

  • LOCAL CLUB DINNER (Friday Night):

    Event Fee: $25 Non-refundable but transferable. (over 5 years old needs a ticket)

    Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 6th in the "A Pony For Christmas series" Keepsake ornament.
