AGENDA

OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES

  • ARTIST SIGNINGS

  • INFORMATIONAL SEMINARS

  • Purchase ornaments and other product created exclusively for the event

  • OLD KEEPSAKE ORNAMENT STUDIO DISPLAY Hallmark had a historical display (including several pictures) that payed homage to the old Keepsake ornament studio that once stood, across from Hallmark headquarters, at 2525 Gillham Road.

  • LOCAL CLUB DISPLAY - Hallmark set-up tables in the event hotel lounges and allowed four local clubs (one per table) to create a display (using their scrapbooks, awards, community service information, decorating projects and local club pins) to showcase their club. Local club members were required to man the tables for the entire event.

  • LOCAL CLUB DINNER (Friday Night):

     Event Fee: $35 per person

NOTE: Reservations were made in advance via Local clubs. Each club had to submit the all the registrations for it's members together and submit one check. Seating was assigned on a first come, first-served basis with the earliest postmarks receiving reserved tables near the front of the room.

The program for the dinner  included a “Town Hall” format and feature questions for the signing artists and KOC staff. Each Local club was allowed to submit two questions (attached to the dinner reservation form) that they’d like to have considered to be answered at the local club dinner.

Each local club member attending the Friday night dinner received a repaint of the 8th in the "A Pony For Christmas series" Keepsake ornament.
