A. digitalDREAMBOOK.com is a web based resource guide whose primary focus is Keepsake ornaments and other Hallmark  collectibles.  It's goal is to provide collectors with all the latest news and information surrounding upcoming Hallmark products while maintaining a historical archive of past Keepsake ornaments and other Hallmark collectibles.  The site was created by (and is maintained by) an enthusiastic Hallmark collector that is passionate about Keepsake ornaments and enjoy sharing my excitement for Hallmark products with other collectors.

ACCESS


Q. Why am I getting an "access denied" response when I click on various links on the site?

A. Parts of our site are restricted to "Members" only.  If you are a "Limited Member" and would like to be upgraded to "Member" status, simply complete your profile (with current and verifiable information).


Q. Although I completed my profile, why am I still getting an "access denied" response when I click on various links on the site?

A. After your completed profile is submitted, we must still manually change your status.  Please allow 24 hours for us to complete this process.


Q. Why am I listed as a "Limited Member"?

A. All individuals that register with our site are granted "Limited Member" status. In order to be upgraded to "Member" status and have access to all areas of the Web site, please complete your profile (with current and verifiable information).


Q. Do I need to join your local club (Digital Dreamers) to have full access to your Web site?

A. No, although we sponsor the "Digital Dreamers" local club, membership in the club is not required to have full access to our entire site.  Currently the only requirement for full access is a completed profile.


PERSONAL INFORMATION


Q. How do I access my profile?

A. To access your profile:

  1. Log-in to our site
  2. Click on: the Edit Profile link that is located on the right hand column in the Welcome box.



Q. I can't remember my user name, can you send it to me?

A. Yes, if you provide us with your name, city and state, we can look up your user name and e-mail it to you.


Q.
I can't remember my password, can you send it to me?


A. Unfortunately we do not have access to individuals passwords. That said you can reset your password using the following instructions.

     Resetting your password:

  1. Go to our home page: digitalDREAMBOOK.com
  2. Click on: the log in link, a sign in dialogue box will appear
  3. Click on: the Forgot your password? link (located at the bottom of the box next to the sign in button).
  4. Enter the Email address you signed up in the box provided.
  5. Click on: Submit button.  The following message will appear "Successfully sent a password change request to ...
  6. Check your email and follow the instructions included.



Q. Can you update/change my email address?



A. Unfortunately, we can not modify any of your profile information including your email address. That said you can change your email address using the following instructions.


     Changing your email address:

  1. Log-in to our site
  2. Click on: the Edit Profile link that is located on the right-hand column in the Welcome box.
  3. Click on: the Edit Account tab (the third tab from the left)
  4. Click on the (Change) link. A Change your WebsID email address: dialogue box will appear.
  5. Enter new email address
  6. Click on: CHANGE EMAIL: box.
  7. Click on: Submit button located on the bottom of the screen (off left)
  8. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. To complete the email change, please click the link in the confirmation email.



Q.
Do you share, rent or sell your subscriber information?


A. No, the information I gather is used for contact purposes only.  I will never sell or rent your personal information and will not share it with anyone without your consent.

What should I do if my personal information changes?


A.
Please access your profile and make any modifications that are necessary to keep your contact information current.

 

LOCAL CLUB

Q. How do I join your local club?


A. When registering for our site, simply answer "yes" to the question which asks: "Would you like to become a member of "digital Dreamers", our on-line local club?


Q. If I didn't join your local club, when I registered with your site, can I still do so?


A.
Yes, you may join our club at any time by simply going to your profile and responding "yes" to the question which asks: "Would you like to become a member of "digital Dreamers", our on-line local club?

When I was filling in my profile, I was asked if I wanted to join your club?  What is your club?

A. digitalDreamBook.com sponsors "digital Dreamers", an on-line local club that operates in much the some way as other on-line clubs do.


Q.
What are your local club dues?


A. At this time there are no dues, fees or costs associated with joining "digital Dreamers".


Q. Do I need to belong to the KOC to join "digital Dreamers"?

A. No, unlike the other two on-line local clubs, we do not require KOC membership in order to join "digital Dreamers".


Q. Can I use my "digital Dreamer" local club membership to attend future local club dinners?

A. Yes, the KOC officially recognizes "digital Dreamers" as a local club, as such you can use it to qualify you to attend future local club dinners.


Q. Can I obtain the local club ornament from "digital Dreamers"?

A. The KOC provides the local club ornament as a gift to it's members that also belong to a local club. If you belong to the KOC, you can obtain the local club ornament from us.


Q. Are there any costs associated with obtaining the local club ornament from "digital Dreamers"?

A. Although the local club ornament is free, there is a nominal fee charged to cover the cost of the packing materials used and shipping charges (actual postage) incurred to send the ornament.  Individuals may also obtain their local club ornament from us (at no cost to them) at any Hallmark sponsored event where we are in attendance.


Q. Do you have past year local club ornament ornaments available?

A. Yes, in addition to the 2014 Local club ornament, we also have a limited supply of the 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2009 local club ornaments available upon request.
Although these ornament are free, there is a nominal fee charged to cover the cost of the packing materials used and shipping charges (actual postage) incurred to send the ornament(s).  Individuals may also obtain any of the local club ornaments we have available at no cost at any Hallmark sponsored event where we are in attendance.


Q. Will you ship multiple members ornaments or both current and past year ornaments together?

A. Yes, As always the only fees we charge are for the actual charges we incur.



Q. How do I obtain the local club ornament from "digital Dreamers"?

A. If you are a KOC member, you can obtain the local club ornament from us by simply going to our contact us page and sending us a request.
